We have now pre-ordered takeout a few times during the lockdown. And it was delicious every time. We especially like the duck. Price-performance ratio is great. Big portion. The Numberger family is very friendly and helpful 🙂 great recommendation.

Fantastically located with a view of the Isental. The fresh roast pork was very good and two slices of Wammerl and a slice of pork neck are also not possible. One of the bread dumplings was not good. Crumbly and hard. Therefore not 5 stars. The service was super friendly and immediately brought us containers for our leftovers. Great - delicious food again.

We used to be regulars in Isen, but since we got to know the schnitzel here, we like to continue the 5 km. (with salad plate!)

Simply "Sauguad" again and again: inside a very cozy, typical Bavarian restaurant. If you can sit outside in summer, you have a great view of the Isental. Add to that super delicious food (the potato salad is a hit for me!) At moderate prices. The waitresses are friendly and brisk. The timber farmer is always worth a trip !!

Data protection on Corona is not observed (notes are freely accessible). For 14 € you get half a plate of canned vegetables, a little dry rice, 3 small pieces of meat, a tablespoon of sauce and 10 fries. Unprofessional handling of criticism. Never again!

At noon, I am driving for 7 km from Isen for lunch, ordering a small beer, a glass of lemonade and Kalbsrahmbraten mit hausgemachter Spätzle und Salatteller. The beer is particularly good, not too bitter or slightly sweet, the main dish is too large, four slices The veal served with Rahmsauce tastes very good, and Spätzle can't finish it. The environment is beautiful, the typical Isental scenery, some people drive to eat, and some people ride here to sit down for a drink or a cup of iced coffee. The food and beverages here are super cost-effective and the service is especially good. No wonder so popular.

It was the duck-Sunday... Perfect and Bavarian hospitality!!! Recommended
